A dishwasher sings, "Dishes, on-line!" while stacking plates. A small cook shouts out orders to two line cooks, one in front of a salad bar and one in front of a deep fryer. The shouting can be heard in the next room, where a dishwasher does their duty.

Chapter two starts! A new situation, an old profession.
