Zine001: post smoking problems

Figuring out how to do some of the tricks of the trade. I only use open source tools, so reading the docs is always a way to unlock superpowers. Did you know there's a "Select by Colour" option in The GIMP? And with it you can just select all the white of a scan, then erase it and add an alpha channel to get a perfectly printable image? Blew my mind.

I'm going to see what I can do with screentones soon. Maybe make some high quality manga type comics.
