Nexus comic 002!

a blue rose spiral
a six panel webcomic. The first panel reads, "Localtoast, the demon that lives at localhost in Bug Bounties" with a little thing of a guy with dollar signs in his eyes having his mind blown. Panel two reads, "A while ago (10 years) it was bouncing around that one could make buko bucks by simply finding a bug in certain software." A drawing of a guy lifting a rock worth $100,000, and then squishing a beetle. Panel three reads, "So I set off on a ques tto learn the ways of bugs, first stop, bugzilla and mozilla. It sounded easy enough, find a bug, reproduce it and file it. Then talk with a developer and get it squished." A little drawing of a guy with a backpack. Panel four reads, "I had a certain bug that always irked me, firefox would glitch out and leave broken images everywhere. I could reproduce it by opening a ton of tabs at once, and just hauling the window around." A scattered image on a glitchy desktop. Panel five reads, "After filing and following up, I got a reponse form a developer, they had one question, How old is your computer? This sounds like a RAM issue. Just how many tabs did you open? and so on." A little drawing of a guy getting bad news on the computer. Panel six reads, "I was heartbroken. My millions gone i nthe wind because I couldn't afford a decent setup. I felt like a fool, and it was hard to get back on the programming pony. I did stop chasing get-rich-quick schemes after that, so it wasn't all bad." A little drawing of a guy catching an unlucky pile of cash.
