My process

I find with writing, I always go in blind. I don't think too much about it, and it just comes from whatever my fingers decide comes first. With drawing though, I'm having to re-train myself into always coming with an idea, because if I try to match brush strokes to something after the fact I'll either have to make a huge stretch (more lines), or reinterpret the whole thing.

Which might be why I've had such paralysis when it comes to art. If I know what I want to draw, I can always get something out. New exercises, woo!
